- Most engagements touch HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, state privacy laws (CPRA, CTDPA, etc.), and emerging AI-specific rules such as the EU AI Act. We help you identify which actually apply to you before quoting work.
- No. We work alongside your counsel. Where a matter needs formal legal representation, we refer to independently licensed attorneys and stay in the technical lane.
